Vegan Pancakes: Food for your I-soul-ation.

So the title could be better, and maybe the recipes could be too, but I guarantee you they're pretty darn delicious.
In the recent bout of illness and empty store shelves there is extra need for pause, gratitude and care for self and all that goes into that. So measure out those ingredients and give em all an extra thank you for keeping you a lively human.
What's Boris' Plancakes
So these are just vegan pancakes. When I say 'just' I mean 'amazing'.
My mama says put the liquid in the blender (if you have a blender) first. Add more milk if you need but the mixture should be not too runny, not too thick, just right. (I know, but I couldn't get anything more descriptive out of her.) It should move like shampoo... I guess we know where I get it from.
Plain flour: 2 cups
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Dairy free milk (my fave is oat): 1.5- 2 cups
Dairy free butter (melted): 2 tbsp
Cinnamon: 2 tsp
Sugar: If you're not topping it with something sweet... go on.
Add vanilla essence, choc chips, whatever you like. Its a happy time. You're about to have pancakes.
Blend up! Fry in a teeny tiny bit of butter. Spread around the pan by tilting your wrist. Do not put too thin on the pan. Love the life you're living, live the life you like.
Enjoy! Eat pancakes, and remember everything is going to be okay!
